This course is only 1 week long and can be repeated weekly for as long as it takes to master and once these Yogas routines are mastered. If you are a Platinum Member you can claim the Classes and slowly add more challange to them or take it away if you need to.
You will need a good base level of Yoga Fitness to begin this 1 week course. There are 4 main days of 45 minutes that focus quite specially on a particular area of the body and the yoga class the following day will help ease out any tight spots from the previous day.
