Our chef Ram has many years of professional cooking behind him. He has studied and practiced traditional Rams interest in Hatha Yoga and the Yogic lifestyle led him to experience life in Yoga ashrams in India and learn more and more about vegetarian cooking. Yoga and Flexibility

Sarsha and Al discuss Flexibility. Yoga is one of the best ways to increase your flexibility, having good flexibility is key to aging in a graceful, healthy way. One of the markers of losing your flexibility is not being able to bend over and tie your shoelaces, as you get older you are going to want to keep doing these sorts of things for yourself – keeping the body mobile and active is fundamental for maintaining good health and quality of life. If you are having issues staying flexible then Yoga is the perfect place to start, you begin very gradually and work your way into a regular practice, the more you practice the more your flexibility will improve.

Guided Meditation

There are many different forms of meditation practice. The meditations initially used here in Yogasync will be guided with instructions and suggestions to help you integrate the benefits of your asana practice into your daily life. Incorporated into some of these meditations will be silent space for your own visualizations so that you can practice drawing into your reality the things you want to experience more of. These scripts are designed to help you overcome negative conditioning and faulty attitudes that no longer work for you, so that you may instead express yourself as the positive, vibrant, focused and co-creative being you choose to be. In other words they can aid you in being the change you want to see in the world.
