Members can create their own personal Movements that can then be included in a Sync. Movements are made up of a number of Elements, so a Movement can be assembled to suit your ability level of fitness. For instance, you may want to try an inverted Movement such as a headstand but you want to keep it short for a start. As you become more proficient you can increase the length of the headstand by adding length, then you might get adventurous and add other Elements to your Movement. Syncs can grow with your practise.
