I Am Experiencing Pain When I Practice Some Poses - What Should I Do?
Stop Immediately if you are experinceing pain when you practice Yoga, some poses may be uncomfortable and difficult when you start but none should cause pain. Make sure you follow instructions closely at all times and don’t try advanced poses if you are just begining. Also ensure you practice in the correct order and don’t skip ahead in the syncs as they are structured to ensure you are warmed up a flexible before trying poses that are more challenging.
