Preparing Your Computer to Practice Yoga with Yogasync
There are a few simple things you can do to help ensure you computer does not interupt your Yoga practice. Disable your Screen Saver or set the wait time to 60 minutes or longer. Click here to learn how to do this. You don’t want to be having to jump to your computer evertime your screen saver comes on. Play Sync’s back in Full Screen mode to make it easier to see when your following along. Click here to learn how. Turn off programs that put up alerts and messages automatically. Applications such as Microsoft Outlook, MSN, Skype etc should be temporarily disabled while you are practicing to prevent interuption. Ensure you are not attempting to download (or upload) any other material from the internet while using Yogasync as it may effect streaming quality. If you don’t have enough bandwidth your Sync may stop and start frequentley, stopping other downloads 9and uploads) may help increase your bandwidth. If you are using a laptp computer make sure you have enough battery time left to complete your Sync, altenatively plug the power supply into the mains.
