Why Can’t I Hear the Sound with a Sync?

Try adjusting the volume control on the Yogasync player. - Try adjusting the volume on your computers operating system. - Ensure the power is on and the volume is turned up on your speaker system. If none of these fixes the problem you could try restaring your computer - however it may be a good idea the turn down your speakers down to a low setting before hand.
